In our 3 week Introductory Course We want you to complete every exercise with the confidence that you’re doing things safely and properly. So no matter where you are starting or what knowledge you may have of exercise movements and form –
 we are here to walk you through each step and get you ready to join our main class.

STRENGTH & FITNESS/CONDITIONING

The methodology of our Strength &  Fitness/Conditioning programme is built around constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity, and combines cardiovascular activities, Bodyweight, Kettlebells, Weight-lifting, and Gymnastics to name a few in as many ways as possible.  They begin with a warm up that targets getting our blood flowing, and mobilising our joints and muscles for the workout to follow. This is followed by typically 30-40 minutes of strength work Finally we finish with a conditioning piece too get the heart rate up ie metabolic conditioning. We’re more than a bunch of experts. We’re a family of like-minded people, using our passion and our skills to make a difference.

MULLINGAR WEIGHTLIFING CLUB

Olympic weightlifting focusses on two main movements - the snatch and the clean and jerk. As well as building strength and power the lifts are great for improving flexibility, co-ordination and athleticism. As a result of these outcomes weightlifting is becoming more and more popular in the training styles of other sports such as rugby, GAA and athletics.

BOOTCAMP

This is a High intensity class but also can be modified for all levels of fitness. We corporate strength and cardio into the boot camp class using TRX, weights, Kettlebells, Wall balls and lots more you will be sure to build up a sweat. Calories shall be burned in this hour.

HIIT

This is a very popular class that hits all over body, High intensity Interval training at its best.

BABY BOOTCAMP

This class is aimed at parents of babies from 6weeks old, the coach has over 10 years experience in pre and post natal training so all levels are welcome. This class is very popular and has limited places due to the personal attention each member and their child will receive, Small classes are fun and friendly in a complete relaxed atmosphere.

TRX & KETTLEBELLS

This Cast-Iron combination of TRX and Kettlebells class is fantastic for toning all over and loosing weight, using your own body weight against gravity this is perfect for beginners as you will learn the fundamental movements of exercise. TRX develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. 

SENIOR STRONG

Mainly Body weight exercises aimed at over 50+ to increase strength and positive overall well-being. Using some light weights and bands for Pre hab exercises.
